7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Vehicle identifications will be 100% accurate
- Valuations provided are actual market values
- The App will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOSNAP AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSnap AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Subscription and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings
Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
